Preparation and protection
We carefully mask around the headlights and surrounding paintwork to ensure your vehicle is fully protected throughout the restoration process.

Multi-stage wet sanding
Using a series of professional-grade wet sanding grits, we remove oxidation, yellowing, haze, and surface imperfections to restore a smooth, clear finish.

Cleaning and surface preparation
Once the sanding process is complete, the headlights and surrounding areas are thoroughly cleaned and dried. We also remove any residue and moisture to ensure the best possible finish.

Headlight sealing and protection
A professional polymer restoration coating, commonly known as acetone vapour restoration, is then applied to restore clarity and seal the headlights. This protective layer helps prevent future oxidation and UV damage, keeping your headlights clear for up to 1 to 2 years.

Yes, that is the only way we work. We come to your home or workplace and do the job there. Enter your address in the service area section or in the quote form and the site will tell you straight away whether you are inside the area we cover.
What do you need from me on the day?
Somewhere off the road to park with a bit of space around the front of the car, and access to the vehicle for about an hour or two depending on the condition. That is it. We bring everything else.
Can every cloudy headlight be restored?
Most external haze, oxidation and yellowing improves dramatically. Cracks, moisture inside the housing, or a coating peeling on the inside of the headlight need repair or replacement instead. We check that before starting and tell you honestly.
How long does it stay clear?
A protective layer goes on after polishing to slow future oxidation. How long it lasts depends on sun exposure, where the car is parked, and what it gets washed with.
Should I do both headlights?
Doing the pair almost always looks better, because a single restored headlight next to a yellowed one is obvious. If only one side is affected, send a photo of both and we will tell you what is worth doing.
